Desktop Support Engineer (Outlook in Microsoft Office 365)

Требования:The Desktop Support Engineer with emphasis on Outlook in a Microsoft Office 365 / Hybrid Enterprise environment will troubleshoot issues and support hardware, systems and applications within a team environment. This Engineer must have experience supporting Outlook in a Microsoft Exchange or Office 365 environment, Microsoft Office productivity applications, and also have experience supporting Windows 7, 8.1 Operating Systems.

This Engineer should have a technical support (application and/or infrastructure) background and should be able to handle the majority of the first calls taken. In addition to desktop support activities the engineer will also perform other duties as required, including, but not limited to writing standard operating procedures in collaboration with members of the team.
Квалификация:3+ years of Microsoft Outlook support (in an exchange environment)
4+ years of Desktop support experience
Troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 7, 8.1 operating systems
Outlook support in a Microsoft Exchange environment
Experience supporting Laptop/Desktop, mobile phones, printers, hardware
4+ years Microsoft Office product support experience
Basic network troubleshooting and familiarity with TCP/IP
Remote support experience
Browser support experience (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome)
Basic understanding of virtualization
Good English communication skills, written and spoken
General information security knowledge
Strong troubleshooting skills
Customer-oriented attitude
Good documentation abilities
Solid organizational skills
Ability for quick studying of new technologies
MCSE, A+, or Network + Certification
Experience with Active Directory
Microsoft Exchange server experience
Configuring and using iPhone or Android smartphones for use with Office 365 in an Enterprise environment
Previous experience with standard operating procedures development
