Security Engagement manager
|Требования:||Hold end-to-end responsibility for client relations including the following:|
Actively participate in pre-sales and business development activities:
Develop promotion materials (technical content to be tuned by Marketer):
Ensure client satisfaction and manage client expectations
Promote Infopulse positions inside the client organization to develop fruitful "win-win" cooperation between the companies
Process all issues and escalations from the client side if any of them appear
Manage financial part of the cooperation (rates, contractual positions, costs, budgets, etc.)
Control contracting and invoicing process (as well as signing NDAs, Statements of works, Rules of engagements and other documents with clients).
Be responsible for P&L in his accounts
Manage bidding process
Participate and hold meetings and presentations to win new clients
Based on customers' feedback, suggest improvements to security services portfolio and presentations.
Descriptions for the web sites
Blog posts, articles, etc.
|Квалификация:||Proven successful experience (5+years) in managing deliveries in Security area.|
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proven writing and editing skills
Advanced leadership and people management abilities
Proactive, result oriented personality, ability to think big
Strong commitment to producing business values for both Infopulse and the clients
Fluent English (German or French would be a good additional advantage)
