Experience with software based firewall (such as Pfsense);
Experience with virtualization (such as ESXi);
Experience in infrastructure and network (DNS, DHCP, NTP, LB, etc.)
Experience with IT helpdesk (such as Inventory management system, PC hardware, office network security, access control, network segmentation, etc);
Experience with VMware software
