Квалификация:Master’s degree with around 5 years of relevant business experience

Задачи:Orchestrate Digital Foundation topics as part of global Group IT and align within the country to ensure effective and efficient IT delivery.
Enactment of functional policies & standards management in the area of Workplace, Infrastructure and DF scope applications. Adaption of these polices to local needs in close alignment with relevant functions like HR, Finance, Legal etc. to meet local regulatory requirements.
Engage with local provider for local contract finalization along with relevant functions like Procurement, LPC etc. and on/off boarding it on Bayer service delivery framework.
Setting up an end-to-end standard Performance Management Framework with Service Level and monitors the Service delivery against the agreed targets.
Act as point of contact for escalations related to services delivery scope.
Facilitate critical issues and ad-hoc topics and actively support the issue / complaint management in close collaboration with the delivery partners and affected functions.
Ensure that disaster recovery plan for workplace and infrastructure is in line and consistent with over business continuity plan for the organization.
Contribute with country perspectives on cross platform IT service implementation projects to ensure feasibility and support needed.
Properly address and oversee delivery of approved local IT investments, including complex requests.
Spend Analysis is the standard and ad-hoc process of reviewing, analyzing, and explaining financial results on a periodic or ad-hoc basis to concerned parties.
Implementation of relevant procedures and guidelines.
Communication about in scope IT initiatives, building awareness around existing technologies as well as guiding usage of appropriate tool for specific use cases.
Promote and guide user for the available web-based training material available for better utilization of IT tools.
Plan and engage external trainers where required to conduct standard tools training sessions.
Ensure the IT services delivery which is done through providers or internally is in accordance to country regulations as well as follow group procedures.
Monitor and manage license compliance via regular license balances and take measures to be compliant in accordance to country needs and regulations.
Audit & Compliance Management validates that all aspects in DF scope of governmental regulatory and corporate requirements are understood and followed in the area of responsibility during the delivery of operational Services.
Support to ISO function is expected in this task for overall audit preparation.
