Квалификация:University degree in a related field - Master degree and Non-governmental (NGO) experience desirable.

3 – 5 years of work experience at Security Officer/Management level (Security Services, Police or Civil Defense).

Two years' experience in the Human resources and administration or related field.

Strong understanding of the security situation across Ukraine with specific knowledge of the Vinnytsia area.
Training and briefing of new hired staff (including all drivers who transport IMC staff) in all IMC security related matters and conducting refresher training
Experience in conducting security duties safely and efficiently in challenging environments.
Practical experience and knowledge of Risk, Threat and Vulnerability assessments, conflict mitigation and first aid.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal and organization skills
Ability to speak or brief in public, respond appropriately to questions from Senior managers and peers alike.

Proficiency in English with the ability to produce reports in English.

Very good communication skills.

Must maintain the confidentiality of information.
Задачи:Develop, maintain and update the Vinnytsia specific security guidelines and SOPs when required in conjunction with the Senior Security Manager (SSM) and Vinnytsia Security Manager (LSM).
Liaison with local security organizations, local security authorities, the Police and other Emergency services within the Vinnytsia City and surrounding areas.
Assist with the registration of new staff members, registration of IMC offices, guesthouse and warehouse applications. Assist in gaining permission to restricted access areas (for staff and vehicles) for all locations in the Vinnytsia City and surrounding areas where applicable.
Liaise with and advise Security Focal Points (SFP) when required in the IMC offices, guest houses/accommodation and warehouses and brief Field Site Coordinator (FSC), LSM and SSM when required.
Monitor security activities within the Vinnytsia office, guest houses/accommodation and program areas and keep the FSC, LSM and SSM updated accordingly.
Ensure that all IMC field staff are fully cognizant of prevailing security threats and fully advised on mitigation measures to reduce staff vulnerability to those threats.
Ensure internal incident tracking system is utilized correctly. Perform limited incident mapping and analysis, where required.
Work in conjunction with the IMC Vinnytsia based Logistics and Transport Managers to ensure all drivers who work with or for IMC are to be fully briefed on all aspects of IMC driver's policies.
Manage, coordinate and implement all IMC guards' duties, work schedules and attendance sheets where applicable for all Vinnytsia and surrounding IMC locations.
Part of the Internal IMC Ukraine investigation team in regard to both PSEA and Compliance investigations. To provide direct advice and support to senior staff at both regional and main HQ levels and facilitate interviews and additional support of Investigation's, follow up and closure of investigations.
Liaises with the Vinnytsia Operations Support Officer when required and provides cover during his/her absence.
Perform other duties as required directed by the SSM, FSC, LSM and CD
