Задачи:Ensure overall IT service delivery for Digital Foundation in 14 countries adhere to global frameworks and local legal/compliance requirements by working in an agile and virtual team.
Strong collaboration within global Group IT to ensure continuity of IT services.
Taking a leading role and act as an expert on certain topics.
Collaborate with other IT units lead e. g. DT&IT and CSRM functions which are also located and responsible for countries and create opportunities like common events etc. to keep the One IT global team spirit.
Enactment of functional policies & standards management in the area of Workplace, Infrastructure and DF scope applications. Adaption of these polices to local needs in close alignment with relevant functions like HR, Finance, Legal etc. to meet local regulatory requirements.
Engage with local provider for local contract finalization along with relevant functions like Procurement, LPC etc. and on/off boarding it on Bayer service delivery framework.
Setting up an end-to-end standard Performance Management Framework with Service Level and monitors the Service delivery against the agreed targets.
Provides visibility into IT infrastructure and services, by collecting and managing the quantity of consumed services. It enables businesses to reduce costs and minimizes the risk of value leakage
Communication with local providers related to policies, process and standard changes.
Also communicate back from provider relevant information which is impacting the services like maintenance weekends etc.
Ensure overall IT service delivery performance of the external partners for DF in the countries.
Be a contact for facilities, in alignment with respective sites, to ensure IT partners required and necessary access to facilities.
Act as point of contact for escalations related to services delivery scope.
Facilitate critical issues and ad-hoc topics and actively support the issue / complaint management in close collaboration with the delivery partners and affected functions.
Ensure that disaster recovery plan for workplace and infrastructure is in line and consistent with over business continuity plan for the organization.
Support ISO to ensure the periodic tests take place.
Provides necessary support and advisory to DT&IT units for their respective initiatives which has dependency on workplace or infrastructure landscape.
Contribute with country perspectives on cross platform IT service implementation projects to ensure feasibility and support needed.
Properly address and oversee delivery of approved local IT investments, including complex requests.
Ordering local DF services following country procurement procedures and reviewing the incoming invoices for approval in available electronic tools.
Implementation of relevant procedures and guidelines.
Support FACT functions over the topic like Investment planning, IT assets review etc.
Communication about in scope IT initiatives, building awareness around existing technologies as well as guiding usage of appropriate tool for specific use cases, e. g. Collaboration tools.
Promote and guide user for the available web-based training material available for better utilization of IT tools.
Ensure the IT services delivery which is done through providers or internally is in accordance with country regulations as well as follow group procedures.
