|Квалификация:||Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electronics Engineering (Majoring in Telecommunication preferred).|
3-5years+ background of Data Center facility domain with knowledge about Electrical system, HVAC, ELV and fire protection system etc.
Experienced and skilled in customer engagement/presentation, fluent English speaking is mandatory.
Skilled in word/excel/ppt, AUTOCAD
Skilled and experienced in solution design, with ATD/ATS or TUViT certificate preferred. Knowledge in Uptime TIER standards, TIA 942 and EN50600 standards, etc.
Understanding on Data Center facility implementation tech. and project management. Sense of reasonable service cost is needed.
5+ successful cases in DC domain, sales (preferred) or delivery cases.
|Задачи:||Responsible for Data Center facility business sales and delivery in Ukraine. business strategy planning and execution, local partner development and management, internal coordination, etc.|
Responsible for business lead/opportunity seeking, incl. customer visit, technical workshop, market insight, requirement understanding and solution output.
Responsible for Data Center bidding cases management, to lead and manage resources for technical and commercial offer preparing.
Responsible for Data Center market insight in the Ukraine. DC ecology analysis, DC industry trend in the Ukraine etc.
Responsible for Data Center project delivery as following details.
Define requirements and projects goals for the Data Center and Critical Facilities subsystems.
Define requirements which belong for Software & Hardware & DC Facilities parts of project.
Making the HLD according to the customer’s RFP (or PRF Request for purchase, which we have prepared for the Customer).
Making calculations of CAPEX / OPEX / PUE / TCO and clarify for customers whole these parameters.
Clarification with the customer and subcontractors SOW (Scope of Work) and SOC (Scope of Compliance).
To be as Product Owner or Scrum Master for BMS Subsystem.
Making PIP & Solution Team Plan (define how many workers is needed for the project, their qualification).
Making detailed TT & BOQ that based on the customer’s RFP & HLD for potential subcontractors (Designer & Construction companies (L0, L1))
Supporting sales department for choosing subcontractors (designers & construction companies (L0, L1))
Making principal schemes according to the Uptime Institute TIER I-IV.
Supervising designers (checking quality and detail level of designs).
Supervising the certification of project documentation at the Uptime Institute.
Making a 3D model (REVIT & SketchUP) of the Data Center, which includes all L1 subsystems (based on the design which made our General Design subcontractor). Note: making terms of escalation if we find any mistakes in the design.
Supervision subcontractors on site (control: PIP, quality, compliance of work to an approved design).
Making Acceptance Test Procedure for L1 subsystems.
Planning, manage / coordinate daily site-level activities for controlling, commissioning, testing and accepting of Data Center MEP works
