Application Technical Manager (Customer Assurance)

Требования:Plan and manage several support development teams: allocate resources, distribute tasks within the team, control the results
Carry out support and development projects (post production phase) through the full cycle starting from feature/CR requirements gathering up to implementation and documentation preparation;
Manage and deliver service and/or functional change requests
Work as part of the Telco's transformation programs, providing wide range of services, such as Application Support, Hosted of Remote Managed Services
Manage the technical team to execute on time and on budget without compromising quality
Manage internal and external technical communications and task flows, carry out technical meetings, phone calls, conferences, presentations


Higher Technical education (is a must)


3+ years experience as a developer/lead developer
2+ years technical management experience (preferably in customer support)


Knowledge of Java/J2EE/Spring or MS.NET framework
SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Database; reading and writing SQL queries
Weblogic application server
Experience in working with CI/CD systems (such as Jenkins)
Unix knowledge (at least on a confident user level)
Successful experience managing IT projects;
Spoken and written English, other languages considered a plus
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to assume a leadership role; owning the job
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; quick learner
Consistently sound level of judgment and professional conduct
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet challenging deadlines
Knowledge of SW development/implementation methodology (Agile, Waterfall)
Willingness and ability to travel
