Квалификация:University degree in technology or computer science
5+ years experience in IT management
Experience at a broad range of Microsoft (O365, MS Exchange, Active Directory, Teams etc), Virtualisation (VNWare), Networks (Cisco) and Security (Checkpoint) technologies or similar. Understanding of core internet technologies - structured cabling, DHCP, DNS, mail transport, TCP/IP.
Expertise with implementing, configuring, and testing solutions
Experience working with operations and business teams to communicate problem impacts and to understand business requirements.
Experience in implementing and maintaining the ERP system (preferably SAP)
Proficient in both oral and written English
Proven leadership skills
Strong creative and analytical thinking
Experience communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings.
Задачи:Implement companies systems and policies to help the business reach the business goals.
Plan and budget for local infrastructure to include: servers (virtual and physical), network, security, personal equipment etc
Ensure that local systems cover business requirements, implement gaps and support.
Evaluate and prioritize improvements to the organization's local IT infrastructure.
Install and then maintain systems, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
Ensure the smooth and secure operation
Lead projects and roll-out group initiatives
Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team to ensure the organization's IT goals are implemented effectively, consistently and according to established guidelines and budgets.
